Coke Studio Pakistan

Runtown had come out from a runoff, Mad Over You, where he dropped in 2017.

He had a Coke Studio session with Nasty C.

He sang Painkiller.

He sang Painkiller with Sarkodyeh.

So, I've grown up listening to as much as I've heard Red Hot Chili Peppers and Justin Timberlake and all of those guys.

I have really grown up listening to Pakistan Coke Studio.

A lot of like bands that came from Pakistan.

There was this band called Kayas that I was listening to just as much as Linkin Park at that time.

But I also think there's so much of like Pakistani culture that is like woven into our lives, like growing up with like Pakistani pop music or even as adults.

Now my kids listen to like Coke Studio.

My kids love being Pakistani.

They love talking about being Pakistani.

When I worked with Rohan Ramanna in the last album, learned so much through him.

Before that, like my first album, in fact, my first album was with Zulfi, who does Coke Studio in Pakistan.

I went to Lahore and recorded that album there.

So sitting with him, seeing how he's, and those were the days of early internet.
