I say almost because the committee that's been working on Codex's food fraud guidelines, and that's the Codex Committee on Food Import and Export Inspection and Certification Systems, has now officially completed the guidelines containing the definition, but they still have to be forwarded to the Codex Alimentarius Commission for formal adoption.
