You can use it in many places, and that's also a way, for example, to manage like Codeberg organization, GitHub organization, and so on.

So you don't need to write manifest for everything because we already have a bunch of manifests, uh, that you can just reuse in, in a, in a generic way.

The post discussed the number of active knitter instances, a privacy-focused alternative to Twitter.

It noted that there are currently around 976 instances still active, with some being rate-limited or taken down, but many remain up and usable.

But there's something going on there, and there's something changing there.

And there's CodeBerg now, which I'm not even sure who's moving to CodeBerg.

think a lot of it might be potentially self-hosted.

They will have some private offerings, but again, I'm also not super concerned about that because I don't think they will be super focused on businesses and enterprises, which is rather what I'm focusing on.

And then other options you have is Codeburg, which is a German NGO, but they also only focus on open source code.

You can have a private repo, but it's discouraged.

And I think if you're a proper company, you might not want to use that.

Like this whole argument.

So what I was getting with this, I have a bunch of things on Codeberg, nothing special, it's mostly me testing this and that.

And whatever is left there is manually written with the occasional copy-paste from somewhere.

The code there is to be used, right? So basically, the code in my Codeberg repositories is idle copied, or most of it is actually written from my head by my hands.

At all does not mean that it's better than LLM generated code.

It probably actually means that it's worse because I'm learning.

And I think LLMs by definition, I kind of at this point, the kind of general level of where the industry kind of is, you know, bad, but maybe not.

But as my experience, my code is definitely not as good as the top anthropic or open AI model can generate.
