CODE University of Applied Sciences

Hello and welcome to the Leadership Podcast series by UIIN.

For this episode, Todd Davey, Associate Partner at UIIN, spoke with Manuel Dolderer, Co-Founder and President of Code University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, about how personal missions, project-based learning, faculty coaching and co-creation can prepare students for an unpredictable future.

Welcome everybody.

Today we will be speaking to Emanuel Dolderer.

The topic of today is how to build a university that didn't exist.

A really fascinating story and deep dive into Code University and just some of the philosophies behind it, as well as getting Emanuel's insights into leadership.

How do you lead a university like that? My name is Todd Davey.

I'm an associate professor of entrepreneurship at the Institute in Telecom Business School, as well as an associate partner here at UIN.
