Confirmed landings spread across five provinces.

In British Columbia, Coal Harbor, Galliano Island, Nanaimo, Chase, Big Creek, Kung Hit Island, Stewart Lake, Takla Lake, Nicola, Port Hardy, Williams Lake, Gambier Island, and others.

In Alberta, Many Berries, Edson, Hay Lake, Barrel Lake, Provost.

In Saskatchewan, Minton, Stony Rapids, Porcupine Plains, Moose Jaw.

And as much as people don't think that happens, it really, really does.

I had one in Coal Harbor the other day, and it was a new construction or newer construction property.

And the client's like, oh, I think it's worth 800, maybe 100.

That appraisal came in above $900,000.

They're not legal for two people, and they should definitely not be used to carry a child.

I see people definitely I see rental scooters being driven around the seawall in Coal Harbor by children I would estimate would be about 12 years old.

They don't have credit cards.
