Clu Clu Land

Actually, it's funny.

When I covered Clue Clue Land last season, I referenced how it's been referred to as a juggling game.

Well, Battletoads is kind of a juggling game too.

You juggle enemies and bosses to build up like point multipliers, which can lead to free lives.

So we can kind of compare how much that system grew while it was, you know, pumping out games um so yeah uh the nes is one of the more interesting ones um i think the super nintendo is going to be really interesting uh we'll see uh but gamecube i feel like is going to be insane with how much those games evolve but we'll find out when we get there so today the the debut games the launch titles for north america on the nes and i might be missing some but i think i got them all We launched with the Black Box Games, as they're called.

Super Mario Brothers, Duck Hunt, which were separate at the time, Ten Yard Fight, Baseball, Clu Clu Land, Excitebike, Golf, Gyromite, Hogan's Alley, Ice Climber, Kung Fu, Pinball, Soccer, Stack Up, Tennis, Wild Gunman, and Wrecking Crew.

So that was the debut NES games.

A lot of classics in there.

So that's staying there.

Uh, Clue Clue Land.

Oh, this is the one with bubbles that goes around the little maze.

The old NES game.

Yeah, I'm fine, man.

I could do without Clue Clue Land.

That's okay.

Like, I think that'd be cool if maybe bubbles from Clue Clue Land made a cameo in a new Captain Rainbow game.
