It's a fam- It's been, it's a butcher that's been in the family since 1919.

So I'm not sure what's gonna happen once he retires.

But yeah, it has been in our family for a very long time.

There's something really interesting about growing up in such a small town, like I grew up in Clonakilty in West Cork, and having, like, those kind of roots that, like, go so deep.

And in a way, I think I found it very stifling, actually, um, as a young person, because it felt as if my future, or let's say the expectations that other people had for me, were really, like, set in stone according to who I was and, you know, who my family was.

A new book, a new book just out by Kate Ryan is focusing on superfoods, a particular superfood.

Did you know that when you sit down on Sunday morning to your fried eggs and your grilled tomato and your sausages and your bit of Clonakilty black pudding, did you know that Clonakilty black pudding is a superfood? Well, not so much the black pudding as the blood that goes into it.

Real old-fashioned, honest food.

And Kate has written a book called, I love the title of it, Blood, Guts, and Black Pudding.

So if you were super squeamish, you could enjoy the, the white pudding over the black, I suppose, but I'll always prefer the black myself.

Well, now, there were so, yeah, some of them, I mean, the Clonakilty, you'll never turn down a bit of Clonakilty.

That is, i- is that, is that probably the most successful modern brand, Kate?

So it's just, yeah, it's a win-win-win for Castlehaven.

And Micheál Maguire was saying afterwards that Donal O'Callaghan, who got the... who got the winning score, that he was only telling them, a few days before, that he'd never scored, in a championship game, and then he pops up, to get the winning points, so you've lovely little stories, kind of knitted throughout, throughout this Haven success, but no, huge congratulations, to the Castlehaven, Castlehaven Commiserations, to the Clown of Kilty, both, they have some serious talent, in that team as well, and players who will go on, some who are with the senior team, and some who will go on, to play with the, with the senior team, so, It's looking quite bright for Clannach Hilty too.

But it's just a great occasion for the Carby under-21A final to produce such a good game, but to go right down to the wire, to have a big crowd there.

And again, like I said with Castellavon earlier, for the Carby board, it was win, win, win right across the weekend because there were strong attendances from Friday night when the under-21A hurling final to St. James' win in the under-21C final on Saturday right through to the football final on the Sunday.

Uh, John in Clonakilty says, "Very simple, uh, Patricia, about this meeting of how to examine what do we do to stop one wrong way driving on motorways and dual carriageways." John said, "It's very simple.

If a car goes down the motorway the wrong way, you have the installation of some kind of warning signs and flashing lights, which will tell the oncoming traffic, this, these are the drivers who are driving the right way down the motorway.

It will alert them to the fact that there's a car coming the wrong way, and it will indicate to the person driving to pull into the side of the motorway." He said, "With technology out there, it's very easily done today." That's from John in Clon.

Penhouse Design started out in Dublin City Center, but thanks to technology and falling in love with a farmer, Gillian Reidy moved to Laois.

It's now based in Ratheniska, and she works with companies like Lily O'Brien's and Clonakilty.

And, um, I have been chatting to Gillian earlier today, um, about her milestone of 30 years in the business, and she starts off by telling me exactly a- about the work that she does at Penhouse Design.

Penhouse is a branding and marketing communications design company.

Um, you know, we've, de- despite the challenges, we've maintained the supply up there.

Another example would be tankering to Renascreen and Ardna, A- Ardcahan down near Clonakilty, again, a big agri- agricultural hinterland there.

So despite the challenges, we've maintained supply anyway, which will ob- obviously, um, protect supply for farmers together with the general public there.

William and Shane Swanton are suckler farming in Ballyhub, and they're going to come in and have a chat about it.

And likewise, dairy farmers Faulkner, Joan, and Michael Collins from, um, Clonakilty will come in, so it'll be great to have them there.
