And that's what I kind of felt with Ocarina of Time, playing it.

It's like, okay, we're doing the desert, we're doing the field, we're doing the traditional Zelda thing, all the traditional places.

But because it's a much bigger game in scope and on the hardware it was on at the time, once my drawers mask came on, the clock town is one of the greatest villages in Zelda history.

Once only light passed through the four giant's fingers, they lowered their arms.

They remained outside Clock Town's walls, with the tower still standing between them.

The clock face was empty, pointing upward to the bands of light.

The rainbow was a ribbon, mending shattered realities and three-day cycles.

exactly one interesting change in that game is how much technology is advanced in Majora's Mask and so like from Ocarina which is like very fantasy very like European medieval setting Majora's Mask it's like a more advanced society in many ways and so for example instead of a princess in a castle you're in like a mechanical clock town There's a mayor instead of a king, for example.

A lot of shops have electric light bulbs.

There's a bank, an observatory with telescopes.

Like, what have you done in this three-day cycle to interrupt or change their lives, and then seeing them react to that within that three-day cycle.

I mean, like the bomber mask, so, you know, saving the old lady from getting mugged in North Clock Town, uh, at night.

Like, then, uh, by doing that, you get the bomb mask, and then she also sells the large bomb bag at the bomb shop the next day.

Um, all the stuff with Anju and Kafei.

Um, and, like, within a single three-day cycle, Linden, you and I have both demonstrated this, you can complete the Anju and Kafei quest, beat all the temples, assuming you have them all unlocked, right, uh, and, uh, rescue all the Zora eggs-

... and then still have time to be at the Clock Town before midnight on the third day.
