Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival

But, yeah, like, you do see everything.

And Hellraiser has always been like that.

Like, if you've watched the movies, it's about people who kind of have...

They don't...

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah, but Hellraiser, a lot of the stuff that's quintessentially Hellraiser is kind of running around the labyrinth realm where the Cenobites are from, and running around a labyrinth from a one-hit-kill stalker enemy is cool, but it's not super fun to play over and over again, which is a lot of the experience.

Yeah.

Okay, swiftly moving on.

Clive Barker's Hellraiser Revival delivers the franchise's most gruesome outing yet.

A survival horror descent into a labyrinth of pain and desire.

Starring Doug Bradley as Pinhead.

Expect extreme imagery, puzzle box mechanics and a story that pushes the limits of your console.

Or PC.

So I didn't realise until the other day, apparently there was a demo released for this on PC, so could check it out, but everything that they've shown so far from this game, I'm not the biggest Hellraiser fan, I know Hellraiser's got cult following, but everything I've seen from this game so far looks really good.

It's like supposed to be quite a tight sort of seven to 10 hour narrative experience.

Special mention.

Hellraiser Revival.

I played the demo.

I've not heard of this.

In this special bonus episode, Ryan and Jazay review the Steam demo for Hellraiser Revival as Jazay plays it.

We recommend watching the YouTube version to follow along with the gameplay.

This is the Clive Barker Podcast, where longtime fans, Ryan and Josie, interview guests, bring you the news, and take deep dives into Barker-related stuff.

Oh, okay.

So this is our difficulty slider here.

So easy, normal, hard, and then killing the hordes of Hellraiser level.

I'm going to go with easy if that's okay with you guys.

Let's give it a shot.
