Clintonville

At the end of October, they were released from the league and joined the Wisconsin State League as its eighth franchise.

Other cities that were interested and made pitches were Clintonville, Madison, Manitowoc, Racine, and Waukesha.

The cities of Nina and Menasha made a joint bid together.

A 112-game schedule was drawn up to begin on May 16th and run through Labor Day on September 2nd.

Yep.

Next team up, one of our favorite mascots, the Truckers of Clintonville.

They were 16th in the Antigo sectional last year.

They are returning four of their eight starters, Steve.

At Athens and also Seymour, right, which I'm wearing the shirt.

These guys, along with Coach Casey, they're getting the feeling of the conference, talking with some guys from the conference.

These guys are bringing a new attitude to Clintonville, which is awesome to hear.

Moving on to Denmark, who was first in the two-river sectional with 219 points.

I wish I could be there with you, but, uh, WJJQ, our mighty affiliate up there.

Uh, our friends in Shawano, Clintonville, WDUZ, the mighty Flamethrower that is Green Bay and all around the great state of Wisconsin.

And, uh, first hour, uh, I just basically said, "Hey, look, now, uh, the cat's out of the bag." Everybody seems to have the crosshairs on the Green Bay Packers, specifically on the head coach, Matt LaFleur, and the fact that this team has now snatched defeat from the jaws of victory on numerous occasions.

and became very convinced of that.

I started to pray for, uh, the town surrounding Shawano, Kashina, Gresham, Marion, Clintonville, Bondwell, even Navarino there, which has a, has a gospel preaching church now.

And, and, uh, I've actually connected with that pastor and, He actually lives a few doors down from me.

We started encouraging each other this last week and during the county fair.

We don't know, but when we're praying for that, the Lord connects us with those folks that want to help.

Amen.

And so specifically, I've been praying for Clintonville for the last five years.

And so really was praying through that.
