So I would rather hire, hey, Clint Trickett, call into plays.

You're now head coach too.

In years past, Locksley has had a big hand in that.

So with some of the offensive struggles, I'm getting a little bit on, off the sidebar here, but I think, [laughs] I think Locksley, uh, needs to put some more trust into Clint Trickett, 'cause I think Locksley has a heavy hand right now on what's going on in the offense.

I don't think it'll be either of the coordinators.

Clint Trickett is the offensive coordinator.

Ted Monachino is the defensive coordinator.

People have talked about Kyle Schmidt, who, who does the tight ends, and they've talked about Matt Barnes, who's the special teams coach.

And in this game against TCU, we were up two touchdowns before they face mask Rick...

I mean, Clint Trickett, and, you know, cause a concussion, and he was never the same the rest of that game.

Yeah.

And in my opinion, that's why TCU came back.

I think, to me, this is probably the closest we've been to a Big 12 Championship, even including that 2016 season-

... prior to 2018 because if Clint Trickett doesn't get his head ripped off, we probably beat TCU, and we're sitting at 7-2, 4-1 in the conference with Texas, Kansas State, Iowa State left in that one.

And, and that's an eventual Clint Trickett career ender, uh, you know?

He throws it right into two UCLA guys' hands, easily returned for a touchdown.

so it's stuff like that it's like miscommunications just misunderstandings between malik and the receivers um to me like it kind of raises the question of like how much of this is loxley willing to put up with before he kind of relinquishes some because i i remember asking him at the team's media day back like a month or two ago you know, will this be Maryland's offense and your offense, or is this Clint Trickett, the new, the first year offensive coordinator, is this his offense? And he said, you know, it'll always be Maryland's offense.

I'll always have influence in it.

And that's been the case throughout his tenure.

Who's his OC? Trickett.

It just kind of got away, and we've all seen those kind of games happen.

So I know Coach Loxley, I know the guys on that staff, Ted Monachino, you know, Clint Trickett, they'll have them ready to play.

And just like all the Big Ten games you guys saw last week, they're all basically coming down to the wire.

And our game was close to coming down to the wire, so we'll be prepared for another four-quarter battle, and it starts with our guys tonight.
