What kind of a name is this? I mean, get it together, Clinique.

You know, I think they probably just changed their name conventioning so many times that they're like, let's just put every single name that we've ever used for this color on this bottle in the smallest font possible so that women, when they're reading it, They can't.

you guys are like, well, now that we know all of this, what's stopping you from putting all of that feedback together into a product?

And I feel like the one thing that people probably... get wrong or sort of miss the point of is it wasn't like crowdsourced products like that wasn't the idea it was it was what you're saying which is like all of this input and not just on the product but on the brand of the like oh wait there's like an there's a an audience a consumer here who is not being marketed to with a with a brand there's not a brand that reflects like us and like the people that we're covering and who we are and these people who are getting this one little weird cream they found in an apothecary in Florence and then they're also doing this one Duane Reade thing and then there's this one Tom Ford lipstick like it was also the you know beginning of curation or curation given a big platform and I think I've carried that with me where that sort of sea change of people wouldn't use the Clinique three-step program.

You would take pride in what you put together.
