And I'm like, okay.

So I contacted, when you go to the clinicaltrial.gov, it'll tell you all the locations that are doing the trials.

So I saw a What is it? IU? IU down in Indy was doing it, the IU Medical.

So I contacted them and was like, I'm interested in the AFREZA trial for my son.

He wanted to do an eight-week study.

And I can't reveal the results, but some of them he's just recently posted on clinicaltrials.gov. And, you know, he's submitted a paper for publication.

Excellent.

But it's looking really good.

And so patients oftentimes will hear about them through their doctors.

And you post on clinicaltrial.gov, right? It's a website that allows you to look up and see what active trials there are.

to see whether there are options.

And so we really rely on the doctors who are seeing

I looked it up on the database, Dave, where studies are registered.

Trials.gov. Trials.gov, yeah.

There's over 300, I think over 350 trials of low-carb keto going on right now for mental health, for metabolic health, for all these different things.

That's another reason, you know, keto's not a fad diet, right? Because there ain't nobody doing no research on cabbage soup but diet.

Kind of the best way to find us is really to just, if you're interested in the types of studies we're doing, I would say clinicaltrials.gov is the easy thing to do because it'll show what we're recruiting for.

For instance, we have a DMT study that's coming up, hopefully, once all the approvals are in place, which we're close to having.

Um, and then, uh, we were also interested in getting into some indications in my lab with, uh, DMT, uh, for things like stroke and neurological conditions.

Novartis has ended one lupus nephritis study of iptocopin, the complement inhibitor marketed as FUBHALTA.

ClinicalTrials.gov lists the randomized, quadruple-masked Phase 2 trial as terminated on October 15, after the last patient's final visit in Part 1.

It had enrolled 81 adults with Class 3 or 4 lupus nephritis, with or without Class 5, on standard care.

It was measuring complete renal response at 24 weeks without renal flares.

And so at this time, we don't really have clinical data that yet can give us that sort of certainty around FTAF, but there is a trial that is actually enrolling.

So if we have anyone today joining us from France or Thailand, there is actually a study that's called the SIMP PrEP study, I believe, that is posted on clinicaltrials.gov.

Certainly, anyone who's interested can look at what the eligibility criteria are gonna be.

But those investigators from ANRS are actually gonna be looking at FTAF for event-driven, and I think what they're, the proposed schedule that they're gonna be looking at is actually maybe 2-1-1-1.

And the reason is, it, it's kinda like what you kind of implied in your question, that a lot of physicians are not aware that there's actually a huge amount of research on intermittent fasting, including in humans, particularly overweight humans, some now with Type 2 diabetes.

Well, that's where anyone would go to see what clinical trials are ongoing.

Last time I checked, there's about 150 ongoing clinical trials of intermittent fastum- fasting.

Right

... for, for humans in modern society.

And you, you talked about clinicaltrials.gov, and most of my, my, uh, tribe members, they know about that website and they check that But the very fact that currently there are over 100 ongoing or, or, or scheduled trials for some degree of time-restricted feeding or intermittent fasting, I th- I think it tells you two things.

First of all, it's not inherently dangerous, or those studies wouldn't have been im- approved by the ethics committee, right?
