Cliché

But there's a process to get back to it, which I go through in the book very step by step.

But it starts with the courage to ask, what am I really made of and made for? Cliche things we've heard, like if I was guaranteed to succeed or if I already had everything I needed and I didn't have to prove or survive or protect.

Then how would I want to live my life? What values would be number one? What standards? Who would I really want to be, not just do and achieve? And what would I dare to do, say, create, contribute? And that's a contemplation.

It's not, here's the three steps, get it done, check the boxes.

And, you know, it's cliche.

As you and I have mentioned before, whenever you're kind of consistently getting accolades for your greatness, it almost becomes more difficult to stand out.
