They're like, "Well, at least if I live in Oakland, at least I'll be close to Winter Garden." Well, now that might change for you a little bit because if you're in Oakland, residents of Oakland, Clermont, Winter Garden, and Horizon West are soon going to have new shops close to home.

Oakland Village is going to offer 85,000 square feet of commercial space featuring boutiques, courtyards, rooftops, patio dining, golf cart parking spaces, and everything else.

They used to have a 10K there.

Well, so actually, the, what, what brought me to Florida was, um, starting with Coore-Crenshaw at, uh, Sugarloaf Mountain in Clermont, Florida.

And then we moved from Clermont into Baldwin Park area, which is like right near Winter Park and everything.

So I've, I've drove by the golf course quite a few times.

It was pretty interesting because, you know, just of how the streets interact and everything, and the golf is right there.

Well, Butka's neighbor does not love this, and it has become this ongoing issue.

Florida was truly living up to their reputation this week, and for sure, I couldn't pass up on this one.

69-year-old David John Butka lives in kind of a moderate level neighborhood in the Clermont area in Florida, and Clermont is roughly 25 miles west of Orlando.

It seems to be a friendly enough street, and David's roughly 3,000 square foot home with four beds and three baths that cost him, I looked it up, it ran for $329,000 back in 2017.

So this is, you know, a pretty good neighborhood, and it's probably a neighborhood where trouble doesn't rumble behind every front door.
