Clark Planetarium

So just previous to this role, I was the executive director of the Utah Clean Air Partnership, where we worked on public education around ways in which we as individuals can reduce our emissions to help collectively create cleaner, healthier air here in the valley.

But prior to that, I spent a good decade at Clark Planetarium where we reached every single school district, county in the state with science education, really trying to put the awe into people connecting with the natural world around them.

So I have a really vested interest in how do we communicate these really complicated issues about the world around us in a way that feels accessible and gives people hope and excitement for how we can move forward together.

not realize that you were with the planetarium for so long.

I go there a pretty frequent amount for an adult.

I fully believe that no one doesn't like the planetarium.

I have yet to meet somebody that's like, ew, Clark Planetarium.

Usually the question is like, whoa, do they still have Led Zeppelin laser shows? To which I respond, heck yes.
