Torchy the Battery Boy, that was a bit silly.

What was that? Was it The Clangers, where they made strange noises and spoke to each other? Do you remember The Clangers? I don't know, Ed the Talking Horse.

I think that was American.

Was it Ed? So many programs back then.

Don't worry about it.

This then led us, led us onto singing the old adverts from the '70s, such as 'A Finger of Fudge,' 'Everyone's a Fruit and Nutcase,' 'Double Diamond Works Wonders,' 'I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing,' 'The Goodness That Is Milky Bar,' 'Bird's Eye Potato Waffles,' 'The Hands That Do Dishes,' that was Fairy, 'Crumbliest, Flakiest Chocolate,' that was Flake, 'Shake and Vac.'" Yeah.

But you might have seen a rerun.

I don't know if you've ever seen the Clangers.

Yes, I know the Clangers.

They're these like little weird creatures that live on the moon and they run around and they're kind of like a pinky colour and they've got some like little clothes on, I think.

This to me looked very much like a Clanger that had been run over, like a roadkill Clanger.

The first episode of, um, Monty Python's Flying Circus was broadcast on the BBC.

And can I say, well done you for not calling it The Clangers.

It's just called Clangers.

There's no 'the' in the title.
