Once Devontae is healthy, eight receivers on your roster, that's not great either.

Again, you probably would just, I guess, cut Atwell again, or maybe you would have to trade C.J. Daniels because you're not playing him anyway, and I don't even think that's the worst idea at this point if you were to do that, but I don't think signing Josh Reynolds would really help anything.

Again, to me, Josh Downs is the guy to go after.

He just requested a trade.

Tutu Abel deep down the field.

CJ Daniels still not getting too many reps.

I really don't know why at this point, considering that.

Devante is out for at least six weeks, hopefully not too much longer, but at least six weeks.

So I still don't get why CJ Daniels isn't getting any snaps.

If anyone has any reasoning, please let me know in the comments, just because to me, I really don't know, especially considering where the Rams are wide receiver wise right now.

And then just some things to watch for here as well.

And with a serious need for depth at the receiver position, they might be willing to lower the price for Payne if the Rams can throw in a receiver like Tutu Atwell.

Plus, a move like that would have the added bonus of moving CJ Daniels up the depth chart.

This matchup of team circumstances and player availability is rare in the league right now for Rose tackles.

So if the Rams are serious about finding a replacement for Puna Ford, they should probably get a deal done this week.

And it just caused a bit of a stir at the end of this game.

So I will say, because people are going to say, I want to see CJ Daniels.

I want to see Max Claire.

Claire should not have been inactive.

That was a mistake.

And if he's not ready, then I'm going to address that in a sec.

But as far as CJ Daniels not playing and some of these other guys not getting an opportunity...

I think the Rams wanted to give him an opportunity.

Max Claire, you know, the rookie not active.

I thought maybe we might see him or CJ Daniels.

Yeah, we didn't.

And the big receptions came from Puka.

So my predicted inactives for this game is going to be Ty Simpson.

I think it's going to be C.J. Daniels if Puka goes, but maybe not.

Maybe they decide to keep him active.

I would like to see him active.

But, you know, I'm going to trust Snead and his team to figure that out because it's very rare we trade for someone who we expect immediate production from and it doesn't somewhat pan out at least.

Hey, if CJ Daniels goes for seven catches for 98 yards, maybe we don't make a trade.
