Now, lay that weekend over a map, a map that Denver's own police records just drew.

They actually drew this map.

It includes the airport, Union Station, the Central Business District, Civic Center, Cherry Creek.

Here in Denver, Jeannie's work is helping shape our civic landscape through projects like Populous, a highly sustainable hotel inspired by Colorado's iconic aspen forests.

and the transformation of our own Civic Center Park's historic Greek theater.

That project is especially meaningful to us at the Boettcher Foundation.

Our connection to Civic Center Park stretches back more than a century to the Boettcher family, whose name is still carved in the park's historic stonework.

More recently, the Boettcher Foundation supported Civic Center's Next 100 planning effort, which helped to chart the park's future and identified the Greek Theater as one of the community's first priorities for revitalization.

Jeannie, we're delighted to have you here with us to talk about these projects, your creative process, and the ideas that have shaped your work.
