Citizens' Commission to Investigate the FBI

Angela, I just wanted to add a little bit more data to the source that you're citing.

In 1971, the Citizens Commission, which was a group of white people, broke into an FBI field office in Media, Pennsylvania.

They found over 1,000 records that they stole out of this office, and we found out about COINTELPRO for the first time.

That is the same year that Congress actually terminated that program.
