It gathers all of the flow from your feet, from your legs, from your pelvis, from your organs, and from your backside, from your booty down.

It goes into the lymph sac in the center of your abdomen known as the cisterna chyli.

The liver produces up to 50% of all the lymph in the body, and it puts it, where does it push it? Into the cisterna chyli sac.

So if you have a block or a slow flow in the cistern, a chile sac, it pushes back into the liver and then people get liver inflammation.

And it stimulates a lymph node that we have right below it.

It's called the cisterna chyli, which is like the biggest lymph node we have in our body.

Wow.

So that's important for gastrointestinal health, that lymph node.
