So in the state, if I'm at, whatchamacallit, I started at Dorchester Road, took Cross County.

Instead of going to the Circle K, I went to the 7-Eleven, took the I, and I hit Cross Road.

So you know they got the- Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.

Oh, you're talking, and then like right there at the split.

But when you're getting hit from the margins from every single direction, plus you see softness in the consumer spending, which, by the way, you keep getting indication after indications.

I went over Circle K and convenience stores, what they're saying about consumers, specifically about gas.

Consumers bought, you know, Circle K's revenue from gasoline sales exploded by 33% year over year.

Huge, huge nominal increase in gasoline sales.

Volumes down 1%.

And the latest one comes from convenience stores.

And it's a big one because convenience stores like Circle K sit right at the heart of the energy shock and its effects on businesses and consumers.

Higher oil prices unsurprisingly have pushed fuel revenue to a record.

Yet Americans purchased fewer gallons, they visited stores less often, and became more selective about snacks and drinks.

there.

Circle K owner Alimentation Kushtar just delivered what should have been a great headline.

Fuel revenue reached $16.7 billion during its fiscal first quarter, an increase of 33% from a year earlier.
