Circassians

No consent of the parties was declared during the rites, which much resembled those of the Greek church before described.

So-- And the, those like a bashibozuks, the irregular troops, like the Circassians were part of it.

Again, like, uh, Muslims were also not a homogenous group.

Uh, like Circassians is, I think, the main ethnic group who totally withdrew from the region because, uh, before the Russian occupation, uh, all this uprising, the main complaint was those Circassians, uh, directing the hatred of the Ru- like they hated Russians.

They directed those hatred towards Bulgarians.

And, uh, so that ethnic group totally withdrew during the war.

And, uh, but when you look at other groups, uh, it's again more diverse.
