Green Bay hanging tough here.

Well, you find it in Derek Stevens, the man who decided to create the D in downtown Las Vegas, patterned after his hometown of Detroit, where he made a fortune in the auto business.

And then he said, how about Circa? How about we do a strip-style hotel in Old Downtown.

And Downtown was a bit ragged.

It's a bit old school, a bit wild.

And he says, you're Derek Stevens.

You'll hear it for yourself right here.

It was so sweet to see two titans of similar mindset and the way the man who brought the D, the man who brought American Coney Island and Andiamo and Paul Saginaw's Zingerman's Deli to Las Vegas at Circa embraced.

Steve Wynn, and he said, I patterned everything I did after you in creating this.

But he built one right on the corner that could easily have been on the strip.

Cleveland's taking 74% of the money.

So now, look, at least Circa's moving the line a little bit.

Because three and a half, I'm like, why is it sitting on three and a half if Cleveland's getting bet? This is crap.

But I thought on paper, Steelers are better.

There's this thing called Survivor Sweat, which is, I'm sure...

Look, I think he's a mastermind.

You know, the owner of Circa, he's amazing.

Derek Stevens, yeah.

Good to have you on board.

Dave Ross Jensen Lewis here with you on this Thursday morning.

Always look forward to our conversations with the maestro himself, Mike Palm, VP of Ops at Circa the D and the Golden Gate Casino.

You can follow him on X as we do at Circa Maestro and joins us here on the Progressive Guest Line.

Good morning to you, Mikey.

You got to get up early if you're on the West Coast today to catch game six, a potential clincher for the Valkyries to get it done today.

Mike, great stuff as always, my friend.

We appreciate you.

Give him a follow on X at Circa Maestro.

It's because there's ones that are prime.

You want to be right in front of Circa or you want to be by the stage or whatever.

And it really made it better because they could control it.

They didn't have people fighting for position.
