Can you give our listeners a little bit of a preview of what you're going to be sharing?

Cindy DarnellGUEST
And, uh, essentially we're all a blend of four different styles and how we show up at work every day, uh, you know, is different from person to person and tagging on to maybe what the GenTechs guy said here is how we solve problems, you know, how we tackle problem solving and, change is different depending on the style that we are.

Cindy DarnellGUEST
And so yeah, just taking everyone through, you know, the different disc styles, their strengths, their motivators, how they, you know, handle change and react to change and how we can apply that when we're leading a site or, you know, a department through a change initiative, like, you know, bringing lean in changing our culture, maybe to a lean culture, is big, right? And everyone's going to react a little differently.

Cindy DarnellGUEST
And so learning that can give us maybe a step up in changing that change curve, shortening that change curve when we're doing that.

Natalie HowdenHOST
I really like how, Cindy, your topic is really complementing Steve and Jordan's as well, because having, they talked about the different layers that are involved, but also the different perspectives that we might offer from a DISC standpoint can be really powerful and helping.
