I think there's so much that we always want to talk about and help with and address, and there can be very limited time to fit it all into one visit.

The more we have longitudinal relationships with families, the more time and ability we have to know them, and we can do more with time because we know the baseline they're working with.

But I really try to integrate like even in discussions of like food or bedtime can reveal just different behavioral struggles that kids are having or talking about school or their relationships with friendships can even be the beginning of a discussion to open the door of their mental health and wellness.
