Cinderella

And it's very definitive of 1986 when that came out.

And it's also funny because, you know, we know a lot about what Cinderella did after this.

And they never really looked like that again.

No, they never went back to

did it and it worked.

I mean, you know, whereas Kiss would kind of sometimes get all glammy for albums and they would just look a little silly.

But Cinderella, they look right.

I mean, that looks correct for them.

Anyways, we're going to move on now.

So anyways, for this week, I was inspired by your career, Sarah, and I picked Cinderella.

But I was also inspired by the Melbourne weather recently because apparently us in Melbourne have swapped weather with everyone in the UK.

Our weather is

of annoyance.

So we are having a long cold winter here.

So I picked Cinderella's Long Cold Winter.

And Spencer, you've reviewed it this week.

Oh, that's right

... of Cinderella.

Yeah, so Sebastian LaBar is in Saliva now, and helping 'em kick ass.

Until we get that Cinderella reunion tour.

Um-

Yeah, right?

really

With Cinderella night songs.

Okay,

yeah, I saw that tour.

Poison, definitely.

I remember Cinderella.

I remember going to Watertown, New York and seeing a package tour that had Dokken and Quiet Riot.

I think rap might have been part of that as well.

Again, totally solid album.

So we were all excited about that.

There was actually supposed to be a Cinderella album.

as well, but, uh, that did not, uh, happen.

Mix tapes ruled the 80s and 90s, and we're bringing them back one song at a time, one band at a time.

This is Mix Tapes From Hell, and this season, oh, it's all the bad boys from Philadelphia, Cinderella.

My name is Dan Pappathopoulos, the right D of the double Ds, and with me is the closer to the heart lefty, Duane Hoffman.

Duane, what do you know tonight?

Absolutely.

Is he, um ...

Did they get their name, Fire and Ice, from the Cinderella song?

So funny that you should ask that.
