It is to approve a five-year, seven-mill operating levy.

Projected to generate $66.3 million annually for Cincinnati Public Schools.

And so we want to talk, and it is issue four.

We have an issue number now.

So that is a true story, Julie, that that hospital, in terms of serving children with multiple handicaps, special needs, is incredible.

And so, yes, families may settle here like mine did.

And of course, then our children go through Cincinnati Public Schools because, of course, our children aren't welcome in the vouchers or the parochials or the charters.

Right.

And for the Ohio News Network, I'm Jay Fox.

In Southwest Ohio, Cincinnati public schools have met the state standard and received their highest ranking since the five-star system was implemented in 2022.

The district got a three.

In southeast Ohio, qualified residents recovering from last month's flooding in Perry, Muskingum, and Morgan counties will now have access to $1,500 each as the state has released $500,000 in disaster relief funds.

That's such a good point.

We know that at Cincinnati Public Schools, we have, I think, over 3,000 students who do not have housing that you would consider permanent.

And that number is growing, not decreasing.

And so, of course, that's going to impact everything.

He's been removed from duty and will have no contact with students while the criminal and district investigations are underway.

That according to the statement from the Cincinnati Public Schools.

Posted his $75,000 bond after the August 28th court appearance, expected to return in court today.

So like I say, if you're not doing anything, you can come down and cheer on the prosecutor's office.

That's 28 names.

And then don't forget the very bottom, you're going to have your Cincinnati Public Schools levy.

Right.

And your Children's Services levy, which of course.

You know, I like to know what I'm making.

I like a very consistent salary.

And that's what luckily being in a labor union and working for Cincinnati Public Schools has done for me.

But we also need to remember children are not products.

Carthage is like Elmwood Place North.

It's Cincinnati Public Schools as opposed to St. Bernard Elmwood Place.

But what else differentiates those two neighborhoods for you, George?

St. Bernard is also a pretty strong area.
