And clearly, FAO, the Food and Agriculture Organization, agrees because one of Sarah's projects is is down in a small community in the Cilento area of Southern Italy, Pollica, where Mediterranean coastal traditions, agriculture, and fishing remain deeply rooted in everyday life.

As I say, Paulika is one of the food heroes, one of the newest one.

And Sarah has been instrumental in making everything happen.

And on the other hand, some days you can see Sicilian's Island when it's very clear.

So it's a beautiful place.

But also we are in the heart of the Geopark of Cilento.

The Geopark of Cilento is the largest, the most extended national park in Italy, but also is holding one of the highest number of UNESCO heritages.
