In Wyoming, Republican Chuck Gray won the primary for his state's open house seat with a campaign against data centers and a call for a federal ban.

But nowhere is this issue more alive than in the state of Texas.

Last year, Republican Governor Greg Abbott said he wanted to make Texas the epicenter of AI development.

Not to run.

I saw your reel yesterday.

How unusual is it for Governor Gordon to come out so forcefully against the Trump administration and against a real like marquee Trump administration action like this?

It's not the first time that Governor Gordon has broken with the president, but it is in sharp contrast to in 2025 when Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray made Wyoming the first state to hand over voting sensitive voter data to the federal government.

And the governor really hasn't weighed in on that.

Meanwhile, county clerks say that voters were very upset about that, right? County clerks are the face of elections in Wyoming, and they're the officials that deal with voters and they come to the county clerk's desk.

In a statement provided by the DOJ's Washington office, Mr. Smith, who is the U.S. attorney in Wyoming, uh, apparently said that voters deserved, quote, "absolute confidence that their ballots are secure and their voices are heard without interference.

We're working alongside local officials to ensure every lawful vote is protected." [laughs] At the meeting on Wednesday, the governor of Wyoming told the Wyoming secretary of state that he doesn't believe the U.S.

attorney's office in Wyoming was aware that DOJ observers would be visiting.

The Wyoming Secretary of State, Chuck Gray, who did once claim that the 2020 election was not legitimate, told Governor Gordon that he understood that Mr. Smith from the Wyoming DOJ office had been given advance notice about the observers, and Gray says that election law does provide for observation, and that's true.

You and I can go observe elections.

A, uh, spokesperson for the DOJ also says that Mr. Smith had been given advance notice.

And I don't like the federal government coming in and taking our votes either.

Secretary of State Chuck Gray said Wyoming's U.S. attorney had a press release alerting states to Department of Justice observers and that the state allows for the public to participate in observing elections.

Teton Valley residents insured by Blue Cross of Idaho will be able to access care at St. John's Health starting Monday.

Earlier this month, the hospital announced a new partnership with Idaho's top insurer and a move that could bring nearly 2,000 patients to the Jackson Hospital.

I think there was a lot of name-calling, and I think that's the one that really went below the belt a lot.

And so Chuck Gray will be representing the state of Wyoming.

And the public instruction position, when I saw that Harshman, who's from Casper, Coach Harshman, when I saw he's a educator and coach, and he's also been in the House, when I saw that he's running, I knew that he was gonna be a shoo-in.
