So the lineup eventually becomes Plymouth, Dodge, DeSoto, or as my dad used to say, DeSota, and Chrysler and Imperial.

So Imperial was their version of Cadillac.

So multiple price levels aimed at different customers at different economic levels.

So of the big three, Chrysler becomes the company willing to take a lot of engineering risks.
