37:10
How does that affect your business, Christian?
37:12
Well, our capital markets business had a very, very strong quarter, as the previous quarters were already very strong.
37:18
So investors want to invest into real estate, into commercial real estate.
37:23
And prices haven't really reacted on the recent increases which we have seen in the bond market.
37:30
And so as long as the The interest rate environment is predictable.
37:35
The impact on our capital markets business is very limited.
37:39
What markets do not like is any kind of random surprised situations.
38:14
Does that make sense?
6:22
And do you really pay attention to, you know, races like the Mamdani win here?
6:28
Well, I certainly pay attention to that specific situation because New York is a super relevant market for us.
6:34
And as I said, it's, uh, it's the capital or at least one of the capitals of the world.
6:40
So, it's, it's relevant what's happening here.
6:42
I think I would start off with saying it's a great example companies are part of a community, and the community of New Yorkers have decided that this outcome of the election is now, uh, uh, there, which came as a surprise to, to many people.
7:01
And my first reaction was, "Well, that's great.
7:05
Democracy is alive." And, and the other, I think, story of that, of that, uh, remarkable win is that somebody who comes across very charismatic, very authentic, uh, can come from left field and win an election within a very short period of time.
