Christian Thue Bjørndal

I'll give one of ours.

We actually wrote a paper about this that got published, myself and my good friend and colleague, Christian Bjørndal, in Norwegian School of Sports Sciences.

So when we do part of a coach education course, so in the final year, our students have to do 90 hours professional practice in their sport, but not in the area they're working in.

Meaning, let's say that if you're working with under 13s or under 14 boys or girls, you should then maybe work with the analysis for the under 19s.
