Chris Yates

Should make some harvest progress this week.

Sunny and 75, is that a pretty good way to describe the week, generally speaking? Chris Yates, Chief Meteorologist, WMBD-TV.

We've got a nice little blocking pattern that is kind of set up with high pressure building across the country, and these blocking patterns just don't move.

And so when you get stuck in the right spot with one of them, things tend to be quite nice.

But when you have offshore flow, then even the beaches will be into the 90s.

Well, they can have it.

Chris Yates, meteorologist, WMBD-TV, on a really nice stretch.

We'll get some more clouds later in the week, but boy, sunny and not too shabby for several days.

So getting started in something like that could be difficult depending on how you approach it.

Also, weather with Chris Yates, TV meteorologist out of Peoria.

Is it really gonna be this nice for several days? How low are these overnight lows gonna be? Uh, hopefully they don't get much cooler than the mid-40s.

Are we gonna be, uh, hitting dew points for the better part of the week? Today, October 5, is National Nematode Day or Nematode Day, depending on your preference.

I'm DeLoss Jahnke.

We talk weather on Mondays.

We'll visit with Chris Yates, TV meteorologist at WMBD TV in Peoria.

Chris, how are you?

So when I heard he was going to be launching a new comic book series, I had to hear more about it.

So hanging out with me today are comics writer Chris Yates and award-winning transmedia creator Keith Arem, who are co-creating Danny's new project, Year of the Devil.

Gents, welcome to the show.

It's a pleasure to have you.
