Anyway, the plot of the film we're actually talking about and not Supergirl follows young filmmaker Chris Williams, played by Hannah Einbinder, who's best known for Hacks, the TV show.

And she's been hired to reboot her favorite horror film franchise.

And as part of her research, she seeks out the reclusive actress who starred in the first film, Billy Presley, played by Gillian Anderson.

It's a real TV glow, or it's a real World's Fair moment.

We have Hannah Einbinder as Chris Williams, who's the young queer filmmaker hired to direct the reboot.

And Gillian Anderson plays Billy Presley, the reclusive original final girl in the movie.

And then the other two big names I would say that pop up, or three, are Patrick Fischler, who plays one character who's basically reprising his role from Mulholland Drive in a really funny turn.

Very.

I mean, this is jumping ahead a little bit.

But, you know, we see the character of Chris in the hotel watching the I think one.
