What was it about this place that grabbed your attention?

The Guido family, they're just amazing people.

They own and operate a sandal gravel, sand and gravel company, concrete company, just pillars of the community.

And they, so starting talking with them, they're going to, they're, they had to do a land reclamation of where they mined all this property.

And so they just said, Oh, let's build a golf course and a RV resort.
