And we like fellows that take initiative that makes a good surgeon that makes a good fellow.

The next thing we also look at is letters of recommendation.

And really think about that.

Spend a lot of time.

Choose wisely.

And once you have an idea of who you'd like to potentially ask, spend a lot of time with them.

If you're free on a day, that goes a long way.

How, you know, what are you looking for? Is it just a good match with the, with the program and fit or are there certain things that you, you want to ask and kind of, you know, dig out specifically that makes someone stand out on interview day? I
