In fact, I say... that if the United States were to encode privacy rights into digital money, we're going to win the future because the world will aspire to holding digital dollars that protect their privacy as opposed to holding Canadian money where the government can restrict their rights or a digital yuan, the Chinese ECNY, which is designed to be a control instrument.
