So do you agree with that premise? And two, what happened that things have kind of

lost the spark? So, you know, look, I think this is a combination of how bad does a team want to repeat at the intersection of also the rules, the CBA impacting how you can team build or retain talent at the same time.

And so I'll say this about the Nuggets.

I think that they played very complacent basketball the year after the championship.

You know, in order to do this multiple times in a, let's call it a five year span, six year span, you have to approach every single night as if you never won a title ever.

This is your first journey, you're going to do this again or for the first time.

And I never really got that sense from that basketball team.

If they sign him to an extension, do they do that?

[laughs]

I think, I think it's tough for majors at the minute.

I think all labels ...

I think everyone's trying to find that secret sauce of how to break artists and how to, you know, make things work commercially, and I think that they are changing or tweaking and finessing their, their, their setups internally with majors and how they approach a- any artist, whether it's a brand-new sort of, you know, development act through to, you know, a more established artist like Take That.

And I think that there's always room for ...

You know, I, I, I'm always open to working with labels, you know.

I think that on, on the This Life record, I have to say, it was our first record with EMI, they were, they were brilliant.

How do you see it developing, the company? Would you, would you like it to be as big as YMU ultimately? [laughs]

Yeah.

And I just think that the Broncos, Sean Payton feels like a very chip-on-the-shoulder coach.

Like, he's not taking losing for, he's not taking that lightly.

Um, he's going to the championship game, and then he's gonna d- win the championship game.

So, um, I love what the Broncos have been able to do and, like as you said, be able to retain, um, the bulk of that defense, um, add to the offense, g- giving Bo Nix another weapon.

Um, like, that team should be among the best teams in the AFC.

Okay.

for the three people who don't know about this.

Well, I mean, I only know the news reports, right? So I wasn't in the room, but he apparently made some joke related to his baldness, his lack of hair.

And when he did so, he tugged on somebody else's hair.

I think it was a black woman and made some made some joke and tugged on her hair, touched her hair.

And he said that he regrets it, that it was insensitive.

And clearly it was a mistake.

I think he is showing leadership by apologizing.

So this
