So I have a friend, [clears throat] he's with the Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma.

His name is Chris Broyles, and he did a study of big El Niños and what has happened with big El Niños.

Mm-hmm.

And he determined that there is a two-year, uh, lapse, in other words, two years after this big El Niño.
