I literally just posted that, and I had a buddy of mine text, text, and he does a lot of deals, and he was texting me about this.

There, there's a, there's a guru or influencer out there that's selling AI and actually making offers and, and locking up contracts.

And he was like, "Well, what do you think about that?" So I want AI right now to do...

AI's really good at data, managing, organizing, and giving output with data.

It's good at convers- conversational components, so implementing AI for answering inbound leads and following up, like it- it's not even a question.

Like you should do that.

Just optimize what you're currently doing, turn off all of your marketing, and you could probably close more than if you hadn't made any adjustments to your leaks in the first place, while maintaining and still doing that marketing spend.

What was the moment that things became real for you, Chris, the deal, the setback, the mistake, the lesson, whatever comes to mind?

Yeah, I mean, moment number one was getting that first deal, like very, very first deal.

It's funny because I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad.
