Um, I'd probably say the other kind of unsexy part is getting buy-in early on from senior management, um, be it the strategy or what, you know, that plan was.

A- and that's, you know, that's no fun because we have, you know, social especially is supposed to be about speed, trends, and whatnot.

But because we would get stakeholder approval of what our plan would be, it would let us go a lot faster when the moment came, and then we could do that cool, sexy stuff.

But yeah, a lot of it was just that grunt work, meetings, alignment meetings, you name it, um, that let us move fast down the road.
