like, wait a second, I need to do something creative.

What am I going to do? If you're not going to be in the kitchen 12 hours a day anymore, coming up with all these desserts, where is that creative energy going to go? And I've been writing for years for Huffington Post and Eater and used to write for Chowhound.

So I've always enjoyed writing.

But my creative brain just kind of took that and said, okay, we're going elsewhere with it.
