Chiropractic education

My mom went through the fibromyalgia journey, which is, okay, you have this tag now that before it came with a bunch of other tags too, right? Because it came with multiple, we don't know, we don't know, we didn't know that this is what you have.

And I saw my mom trying everything and the whistle was your medicine approach to the point that when I was in chiropractic, not in chiropractic school, when I was already in college, really focused on my volleyball career, but still was able to travel and see my mom every weekend.

I remember like it was yesterday, that moment that I felt my mom, like my mom was not my mom anymore.

She, it was the middle of the night.

I still don't really know what that means.

It just makes sense in one moment.

And I started seeing a chiropractor before I went to chiropractic school around six months before.

And That's where I took the leap of faith, I say it.

Mm-hmm.

So for me, I was in chiropractic school in Atlanta.

Mm-hmm.

And I was married at the time.

And then at 42 it's like, wow, I had this second chance.

Now what? And that was the greater adversity in many ways.

Because I was gonna go to chiropractic school, finish my degree, but I still have numbness in my hands and my feet [sniffs] from my injury, so trying to adjust you right now probably wouldn't be great.
