O
94:05OsterHOST
It's just the piano part.
O
94:08OsterHOST
It's just because it's the only part of the record that has actual just piano.
I
94:14IsaiHOST
But the thing is, if you think about Chiodos and this band, they're probably pulling from a space that's very similar, but you don't think that.
I
94:25IsaiHOST
Because you have Craig Owens

K
15:18Kylan SavageHOST
We're going to also do the screaming.

S
24:37speaker_2HOST
Um, [chuckles] I saw someone that said, "The Vans Warped Tour is back.
S
24:44speaker_2HOST
Saosin and Chiodos are putting out music again.
S
24:48speaker_2HOST
I think I've stepped into a, a time machine to 2004," or some shit like that, you know what I mean? 2006.
S
24:57speaker_2HOST
But we got two bands that I used to listen to a lot back in high school who, I don't know if they've technically been completely inactive, but definitely just have not been putting out music consistently, but they both put out videos and new singles as of recent.
S
25:16speaker_2HOST
So figured we'd show them some love, kinda switch up the vibe a little bit.
S
25:22speaker_2HOST
Saosin's a little more, um, I guess just, like, rock, if you will, and then Chiodos is definitely a little bit heavier, kinda hardcore rock.
S
25:32speaker_2HOST
So we'll start with...
S
25:34speaker_2HOST

I remember I w- I was watching Parkway Drive- And, um, then Brady comes up, he's like, "Chiodos is about to start playing over there." I'm like, "All right." So I go with him so he could go own the, the, the dance floor for Chiodos.
O
24:17OsterHOST
[laughs]
I
24:18IsaiHOST
And he did.

Made by the same guys that did the Killer Klowns from Outer Space, the Chiodos, who also have a band named after them.

I'm not really a huge Underoath fan, but I was like, "I don't...
J
62:33JamieHOST
We shouldn't even be here right now." I'm like, "All right." It was either Underoath or Chiodos probably.

D
9:23DuckyGUEST
Um, Motion City I did do one special duck with their most recent album artwork, and it was, uh, Motion City Sound Quack that I wrote on it.

I also saw them in 2007 open for Chiodos, and so I'm, I don't know.
D
29:30DuckyGUEST
I'm less impressed than a lot of people seem to be now.
