Yeah, I think it's an acknowledgement by the EFL that because we have clubs being promoted and relegated to and from, the uh the premier league uh every year clearly you've got you've got three clubs up you've got three clubs down so have a very significant set of rules and the way that psr worked is effectively looked in your rear view mirror and looked at the activities of the club for the last three years um to it will be quite a quite a seismic change to go from that to a set of rules which looks at your budget for the forthcoming season so therefore the decision was made uh to have some continuity as far as the premier league's rules and the premier league's rules are ultimately there they're not far away um as you hinted at from the rules that operate within uefa And in UEFA, as you rightly said, you can spend 70%.
