Chili

Uh, he was on the ground, uh, there, uh, for, uh, that, and he's hit all the big ones, uh, since then.

And he's telling his story about how he's coming up and such like that, and, uh, he, he mentions in there that, uh, he's from Chili, New York.

And I go, "Whoa." And, uh, and then I go, "Lechner?" And here's the thing, I am really bad at names, and I've not gotten better with time.

Um, and, uh, but I go, "Hold on.

I ...

Lechner is ...

There used to be a, a, a guy who was fire chief, uh, in, in Chili.

His name was Jim Lechner, and I think that I had contact with him, uh, over about a 20-year span.

Um, I was born and raised in Gates.

Uh, lived just outside of Gates in, in the Town of Chili, but still within the, the school district area, um, just a stone's throw away.

And, you know, the, the, the town events that they do, um, that, that are put on by Recreation and Parks, that are put on by different organizations, put on by the school district, you know, the police department, we got into event planning, um, doing different things for the community, uh, y- you see different people.

Y- we've seen kids grow up.

Uh, both of those, of course, are Democrats.

Uh, Chili supervisor, uh, David Dunning being challenged by Democrat, uh, Emily Klouch, and forgive me if I mispronounced that.

Chili town clerk, uh, Republican unopposed, uh, Ms. Ignatowski.

Uh, Clarkson supervisor, Republican, uh, Ursula Leota unopposed.

Uh, Gates supervisor, uh, Cosmo Gentile being challenged by Democrat Nick Coffee.

What we're seeing now, though, everybody's demanding more drone coverage, right? We have Henrietta covered.

You know, we've got Penfield, we've got Pittsburgh, we've got Chili.

There's other communities.

So we've developed a long-term plan with our federal partners to try to use grant money and expand that.

Up there, it's Avon.

And C-H-I-L-I, any place else in America is Chile.

Up there, it's Chile.

How do you know? Chile.
