Former Vice Speaker Masayuki Nakao, whom Kurouchi once called my partner, resigned his assembly seat in July while denying wrongdoing.

A ten-term lawmaker representing Chikugo, Kurouchi first served as speaker in two thousand one-oh-two before returning to the post in April twenty twenty-five.

Widely regarded as the don of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly, he also served as chairman of the National Association of Chairpersons of Prefectural Assemblies and became the first Japanese president of the World Veterinary Association.

さあ、今日はどんな話題なんでしょう。

今日はこちらの記事を紹介します。倉内会長が来るとお茶が出るんだな。福岡県議会のドン、倉内勇志。その発言と絶大な影響力。これは 8月12日に掲載したニュースなんですが、金銭授受疑惑、高額で不透明な海外視察、ワンヘルスなど様々な問題が起きている福岡県議会。その疑惑の中心にいるのが倉内勇夫議長です。このニュースでは、過去3年間取材してきた倉内議長の一端を伝えるもので、3年前、県議会議員選挙があったんですが、当時、自民党の選挙対策のトップ、自民党全体のトップだった森山裕選対委員長が、全国四十一道府県で議員選挙が行われていますが、その中でたった一人しか選べない選挙だったとしたら、間違いなく倉内さんと発言する姿を唯一撮影しました。さらに、地元の筑後市の経営公認について、スペインのサグラダファミリアに例えて、議員をやっている間は予算がつき続けると挨拶する様子などを取り上げています。倉内議長がですね、ドンと呼ばれる所以を紹介したものです。ゆうさん、福岡県議会の問題、今注目集まってますけど、この二ヶ月ぐらい、特に注目を集めている印象ですかね。

そうですね。やっぱり海外視察の高額なホテルだったりの費用の問題から、そこからまあ始まっていって、どんどん注目度は高まっていって、そして議長のポストでの吉松県議の告発などがあって、全国的な注目が集まって、それがこうどんどん呼び水となって注目が集まっている印象はありますけど、そもそもの大元、なぜこういったことになっているのかっていうところまでは私もまだ深く知りきれてないかなとは思いますね。

RKbですら、この二ヶ月ではそれより前のこの二年間ですね。高額な高額、さらに不透明な海外視察の問題、さらにワンヘルスの問題について取材を続けてきました。そのニュース企画の数々、この RKB ニュースでは特集ページ揺らぐ福岡県政でお伝えしているのですが、実はもうこの問題、 二年間、二年前からすごく明らかになってきた。最近、特にこの議長ポストを巡るいわゆるカツアゲ金銭授受疑惑っていうので全国的な注目を集めてきたんですが、実はもう二年ぐらい前からもう問題、 RKBとしては報じてきている問題があったということなんですよね。
