Where have we talked about Dena Dietrich? Good heavens, we could be here probably for a couple of hours.

She was Mother Nature in the Chiffon commercials back in the '70s and '80s.

She played Helen Roper's sister on a number of episodes of The Ropers.

I saw her recently on an episode of The Golden Girls.

'Cause I do remember seeing her on an episode, uh, r- again, reasonably recently.

So definitely somebody you'd know.

And again, if you're a kid of the '70s and '80s, you definitely know her f- as Mother Nature in the Chiffon commercials.

You don't mess with Mother Nature.

No one knows who these angel characters are.

So we're going to – Chicken Little is going to be such a hit with the kids and with somebody named Chiffon Dior, who's – I'm going to blame this on Chiffon and just say you're the reason why – Why this Dolly Parton movie got canceled.

So just terrible.

Born on this date in 1935, he died in early February of 2019 at the age of 83.

On this date in 1976, former Beatle George Harrison found guilty of what was called subconscious plagiarism of the melody line of the 1963 Chiffon song, He's So Fine.

In his hit song, My Sweet Lord, it cost George Harrison $1.6 million.

It made me so paranoid about writing that I thought, God, I don't want to even touch the guitar or the piano in case I'm touching somebody's note.

but there is a bit of a happy ending.

The Chiffons covered My Sweet Lord, and George Harrison's publishing company, Harrisongs Limited, now owns the rights to both songs.

And George even channeled his energy back into his craft, writing this song in 1976, which described the situation.

It included lines like, this song ain't black or white, and as far as I know, don't infringe on anyone's copyright.
