My name is Raj Chobatia.

I'm an associate professor at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago Medical School, and founder and director of the Center for Medical Dermatology and Immunology Research in Chicago, Illinois.

So today we're going to chat a little bit about GPP, or generalized pustular psoriasis, and in particular, a little bit about our first and only approved targeted treatment option, spizolumab.

But before I jump into little bit about the how and when and why to use spizolumab, it makes a lot more sense to really think about the why behind GPP as a disease with high burden and high need.
